1. A Quick Look

• You must be an individual (a private or natural person) and an active member of Oxygean. Multiple accounts set up by the same person will not qualify for YOOX grants.

• You must be 13 years old on the date of entry. You much be 16 years old to redeem vour YOOX.

• Users must provide proof of Identity to the system to register for a YOOX account.

• As an active member of YOOX you will

  • Be a member of the Oxygean platform for six months

  • Visit the Oxygean platform at least once a month during those six months

• Use of a false email or name by an entrant will disqualify them from receiving YOOX grants. All sign ups will be verified for legitimacy including unique device ID and random verification.

2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to qualify for YOOX grants.

3. The first round of YOOX grants will commence on the 29th September 2022, and end when 10,000 new users have signed up to the OxygeAn Platform. After this date, a new YOOX incentive scheme will be released.

4. oxygeAn cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of accepting any YOOX grant.

5. The value of YOOX is linked directly to the value of Oxygean. It will be subject to normal market risk, the value of which may be volatile and fluctuate, sometimes dramatically, in response to the activities and performance of Oxygean or because of investment sentiment, political environment, general market and economic conditions, regional and global instability and changes in currency exchange rates and interest rates.
